The National Retail Federation says the National Retail Association has estimated that about 6.2 million Americans could find themselves without access to a car in their neighborhoods by the end of 2018.
That’s roughly the same number of people who could not afford the average gas price in their neighborhood in the first half of 2017, according to the NREF.
“If we don’t do anything soon, that’s going to be a major problem,” said David A. C. Wilson, the NARF’s vice president for industry policy and public policy.
“The cost of living has been going up, and it’s just been more expensive.”
Walmart spokesman Steve Riggi said in a statement that “the NREB is a leader in advancing fair parking, including providing ample parking for shoppers.
It’s also critical that we have a wide range of options for consumers to make decisions about where they park.”
In the meantime, there are a few parking options that Walmart doesn’t currently offer.
One is a parking lot that is actually a garage.
But the garage has the added benefit of letting customers park on the sidewalk and not at the curb.
The NART says Walmart is offering parking for $25 per day, with a $1 fee for parking on the side of the lot.
The price is only for the first day of the month.
For more than 20 years, Walmart has had an online store where customers can purchase the cheapest parking available in the country.
But this year, the company added a parking garage, which is also free.
The Walmart Garage is now open to the public.
In addition to offering the cheapest available parking, the Walmart Garage offers a large selection of free parking in a variety of locations.
“They have some great parking for just $25 and a few extra for a few hours,” said Riggis company spokesperson, Michael R. Smith.
Walmart does not offer any other parking options for the city, either.
The city does have some other parking facilities available.
The City of Houston offers free parking to any Houston resident who has a valid permit.
The parking lot at Houston’s University Center is a designated parking lot with a limited number of spaces.
The lot is also a parking structure with a number of parking stalls for people with limited spaces.
If you need a parking spot, there’s also a kiosk in the lot for customers to park.
The kiosk is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.ms. to 6 p.d.
The Houston Parking Authority offers free or discounted parking for a limited time to anyone who has completed a parking permit application.
“We encourage anyone with a valid parking permit to visit their City Parking Permit Page to access this free parking program,” said Amy B. Miller, a spokesperson for the Houston Parking Administration.
The Parking Authority does not have a website, but you can call the agency’s toll-free number at 1-877-836-8990.
You may also call Houston’s Public Works Department at 281-464-4850.
