These are the best new spots in major U.S. cities, according to a new report from consulting firm Avalere Group.
The top spots in the country are in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and Los Angeles, and the top spots for new parking spaces are in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and Seattle.
