The city’s new homeless parking spot policy was unveiled last week, and many people have been disappointed that the plan is going nowhere.article One of the more notable problems with the plan, however, is that it doesn’t have any clear rules or guidelines on how much space is allowed per day, what type of space is being reserved, or how much it is going to cost.
As it stands, the city’s guidelines say that a single parking space should be used for two people per day.
The guidelines also state that no more than 50 people per parking space may be living in a single space.
In a nutshell, there’s no specific policy that says how many spaces can be reserved per day per person.
And since there’s a big disparity between the number of people living in homeless parking spaces versus people living on streets, the problem isn’t limited to Melbourne.
The number of homeless people living without a place to sleep has been increasing in Melbourne.
The numbers have grown from about 8,000 to nearly 18,000 since 2015, and a majority of those homeless people are women and girls, according to the Australian Institute of Family Studies.
As of November, there were more than 4,000 homeless people in Melbourne living on the streets.
For the most part, though, it’s not the numbers that bother residents most.
They’re concerned about their own safety, their families and their pets, and how it affects the lives of their loved ones.
“There are a lot of people who are really scared,” one woman told the Herald Sun.
“They don’t feel safe in their own homes anymore.
They can’t walk anywhere, they’re scared to go outside.
It’s very difficult to cope.”
One of the problems with homeless parking on the street, however,, is that the city doesn’t even have a plan to deal with it.
“The city is trying to get rid of it, but they can’t really,” said a homeless man who did not want to be named because he feared retribution.
“The city does nothing to get the people out of there.”
It’s hard to get around that perception.
Homeless advocates in the city say that the lack of a comprehensive plan and a lack of clear rules about how many parking spaces should be reserved a problem that will only get worse as the city builds its homeless parking program.
Some are also worried about the cost of a new parking spot, and are worried about how the city will treat people who move out of the homeless parking areas.
“People can leave and live somewhere else, but we’ve already seen people moving out of our old homeless parking, so there’s not much room to build new spaces,” said one woman.
Another homeless man, who asked not to be identified, said he doesn’t feel that the new plan will be a long-term solution.
Instead, the new parking spots will be temporary.
“If it’s just temporary, there won’t be any permanent solutions,” he said.
But if the city wants to build a permanent solution, it needs to have a clear plan for how the program will be run.
At the same time, it also needs to be transparent with residents about the plans.
“It’s not just a temporary plan, it is also a permanent plan, which means we need to tell the people, we’re doing it, we want them to feel safe,” said an advocate for homeless people.
While the new rules for the city parking lot policy were put in place on Monday, a spokesperson for the City of Melbourne told the ABC they’re not planning on doing anything until next year.
With an estimated 1.3 million people living rough in Australia, there are a variety of issues to address in the short term, including housing, employment, homelessness, and more.
But long- term solutions like the one being touted by the city are also needed, and the city needs to take the lead on that.
